Autumn breaks are the perfect getaway. Summer holidays are already a distant memory for some, and the end-of-year break is still a ways off. So why not treat yourself to a short break in a cottage in the Ardennes for All Saints' Day, whether it's a romantic weekend, a getaway with friends, or even a full week's holiday with the kids? Plus, you'll enjoy a bit more peace and quiet compared to the popular and much busier summer and winter holidays. You deserve a break, don't you think?

Autumn in the Ardennes is magical. A palette of orange covers the trees and all of nature. A magnificent scene to be savored fully... before a thick blanket of snow covers the entire landscape. Walks in the forest, mushroom picking, gathering leaves and acorns, enjoying roasted chestnuts... Nature's little gifts abound in autumn. Make the most of them, perhaps from the comfort of a cozy chalet during the All Saints' Day holiday.
Escaping to a chalet or holiday home in the heart of the Ardennes this autumn guarantees a sneak peek at the simple pleasures of winter. It's not yet too cold to fully enjoy walks in the fresh air... but what a joy it is to wrap yourself in a soft scarf and slip on your thick hiking socks! Once back at your cozy holiday home, light a fire in the fireplace and snuggle up in a blanket to savor your first hot chocolate of the season. Just the thing to recharge your batteries... until your next holiday!

Yes… but not just anywhere! It's true that hunting season is in full swing during the autumn holidays. So be careful before setting off on a walking trail. Check beforehand with the local tourist office in your holiday destination, or on the municipality’s website, which areas are closed due to hunting during your stay. And always make sure that a "Caution Hunting" sign has not been posted at the entrance to the forest where you're about to go for a walk.
Of course! Discover all our holiday homes for groups now. These are large-capacity holiday homes, whose layout, leisure and wellness facilities are perfectly suited to accommodating your entire family for a long weekend or even a full week!
