Tour of Anthisnes from Villers-aux-Tours

This 36.5 km mountain bike loop connects the villages, woods, and old quarries around Anthisnes. Starting in Villers-aux-Tours, the route combines steady climbs, fast descents, forest singletrack, and crossings of agricultural plateaus , offering a varied and typical ride through the Liège Condroz region. A dynamic outing, punctuated by numerous small hills and a visit to the iconic Avouerie d'Anthisnes .

Route and main segments

From Villers-aux-Tours , the route immediately gains altitude via a series of small climbs towards the old Rotheux quarry .
You then cross Berleur and Baugnée , between rolling farm tracks and narrower sections.

The road continues towards Houchenée , then enters the Bois du Moulin , offering a mix of singletrack and fast tracks.
The route then joins Tavier , then plunges into the Bois de Henifontaine , a more hilly area with short but repeated climbs.

The route continues towards Vien , before arriving at Anthisnes , dominated by its Avouerie .
Shortly after, the paths lead to the old Harray quarry , then to the old Cobouhy quarries , a mineral atmosphere and technical passages.

The loop ends via Mont , then a series of wooded paths and alternating hills typical of the Condroz region, before returning to Villers-aux-Tours .
