A fun and easy walk, ideal for a family outing

The So Bechefa Promenade

The So Bechefa GPX walk is a 5 km loop that starts and finishes in the hamlet of So Bechefa. This marked route is ideal for a 1-hour hike, offering a balanced mix of wooded paths and open sections.

Start and beginning of the route

From the starting point, the trail begins with a gentle descent along a country lane, crossing meadows and skirting some wooded areas. The route is easy to follow thanks to the trail markers and available GPS coordinates.

Gradual rise

After approximately 500 meters , a steady climb begins, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding area. This section allows you to observe the nearby valleys, particularly when passing over slightly exposed ridges.

Forestry section

The hike continues through a short forested section, with softer, shady ground. The elevation gain remains moderate, making this section accessible even for casual hikers.

Return and final loop

The final section follows open paths surrounded by meadows, gradually leading to the hamlet of So Bechefa. This section is ideal for a relaxed walk at the end of the route.
