The La Grange d'Hamois It is housed in a renovated barn over 150 years old , located in Emptinne . At the helm, chef Grégory Gillain and Hélène Fays showcase cuisine focused on seasonal and local ingredients. Grégory Gillain honed his skills in the renowned kitchens of L'Air du Temps and L'Eau Vive, and this expertise is evident in the dishes.
On the menu? Asparagus in spring, Ardennes game in autumn, squab and the famous crispy sweetbreads , appreciated by regulars.
Since 2023 , a Michelin star has been awarded to La Grange d'Hamois, a recognition for its refined and seasonal cuisine, where each ingredient expresses the best of its terroir.
The restaurant is open from Tuesday lunchtime to Saturday evening , except for Wednesday and Saturday lunchtimes. Every last Sunday of the month , you can also enjoy a gourmet lunch, the perfect way to end the weekend.
