Originally from the Herve region , Jean-Philippe Darcis prioritizes local producers and goes even further by producing his own chocolate, directly from cocoa beans. He travels the world in search of the finest beans, allowing him to create chocolates with unique and distinguished flavors.
His work is a subtle blend of tradition and innovation . Always seeking new ideas, he innovates in both the flavors and the presentation of his creations. Passionate about his craft, he also shares his expertise through workshops and team-building activities where participants can learn to make the famous Darcis chocolates.
