Ferme Houard raises approximately 150 head of Belgian Blue cattle, an Ardennes and Walloon breed renowned for its lean and tender meat , thanks to the fineness of its muscle fibers. The butcher shop, run by Véronique and Olivier, exclusively offers products from this farm , without intermediaries, for a short supply chain.
Here you'll find vacuum-packed meat , with the option to create personalized packages . The charcuterie is artisanal , homemade by the butcher, and also includes free-range chickens and hens. A local produce shop completes the offering with gift baskets, spices, cheeses, butter, fruit juices, wines, beers, oils, vinegars, honey, syrups, spreads, chocolates, jams, mustard, and tapenades. In short, there's something for everyone!
Customers can visit the farm to see the animals, and an on-site restaurant offers local produce. Opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Online ordering is available through the butcher shop's website.
