Are you a jam lover or simply curious to know what goes into a full jar ? Just outside Durbuy , you'll find a small family business where everything is still done by hand . At Confiturerie Saint-Amour , jam is made the right way: local , seasonal , and with true expertise .
The shop on Rue Saint-Amour is located just a few minutes from the viewpoint . There you'll find jams in a wide variety of flavors , as well as syrups , flavored oils , honeys , candies , herbal teas , and skincare products . Everything is made locally , largely using ingredients from the region . In the neighboring workshop , a short film shows you the production process .
A second, larger shop is located in the centre of Durbuy (Place des Récollets) — perfect if you are looking for gift ideas or supplies for your kitchen !
A little tip: their elderflower and thyme syrups are a must-have in winter . And if you suffer from joint pain , try their massage oil – a little miracle , according to regulars.
