It is in the heart of the village of Courtil , near Gouvy , that the Brasserie Lupulus brews distinctive beers . What began as a small brewery has become a benchmark in the Belgian brewing world. Its name refers both to hops ( Humulus lupulus ) and to the wolf , an animal that, like these beers, has a real bite!

Lupulus is brewed according to tradition , but with its own unique touch. Blonde, fruity, or wintry , there's something for everyone! And what better way to enjoy a beer than with a delicious meal? At Lupulus Resto Bar , you can sample not only their beers , but also local specialties and their own cheese , Le Grand Lupulus .

Here, sustainability is part of the brewery's DNA. Brewing by-products are used as animal feed, and cheese production operates within a circular system . Everything is designed to remain as local as possible !

Curious to discover what goes on behind the scenes at this brewery? Book a tour and immerse yourself in its world, housed in a former Ardennes farmhouse . An experience that will undoubtedly pique your interest… and tantalize your taste buds !
