With Autour d'une Bière, enjoy a unique and convivial experience at the crossroads of gastronomy and zythology. This local non-profit organization , founded in Durbuy by Maxim & Clément , offers an original concept of zythological meals delivered directly to your holiday cottage.

A passionate beer enthusiast, Maxim guides you through a guided tasting of carefully selected Belgian craft beers . Each beer is presented in detail: origin, style, brewing method, flavor profile… The approach is educational yet relaxed, suitable for all levels, from novice to connoisseur. You'll discover 5 to 6 local beers , to be savored slowly, accompanied by perfectly paired snacks.

Meanwhile, Clément takes his place in the kitchen to prepare a complete meal or a generous appetizer for you, live, depending on the option you choose. Each amuse-bouche or main course is designed to perfectly complement the beer it accompanies. Up to six courses are available for those with a hearty appetite. And you don't have to worry about a thing: dishes, cutlery, table setting—everything is included . The only requirement is having a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, etc.).

This unique, customized concept is ideal for an evening with friends, a family meal, or a special moment during your stay. Enjoy a warm and authentic local experience in a familiar setting: your own accommodation. The entertainment unfolds in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, filled with brewing anecdotes, home-cooked meals, and shared moments around the table.
